“It was my first time there and yet I felt like I was home—I’ve never even been to Spain! The vibes were high while the food was.. genuine. I don’t know how else to put my experience with the plates. You truly feel like you are being transported with every dish. Every. Single. One. A hit. My favourites were surprisingly the humble jamon croqueta and the pan de crystal tomate. I myself have been a chef for over a decade and have never had such moist croquetas. The bread for the pan de crystal tomate was stupidly such a star in its own 😂 You can’t go wrong with their paella or crispy suckling pig the ratio of crisp to juicy was unreasonable. I truly truly was speechless and fully enjoyed my experience. You MUST visit 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽”
