They had a wide variety of sherry, and since I like dry sherry, I decided to try three different dry sherry sets. They all had different flavors and were delicious. The rows of wine bottles and whole legs of prosciutto on the shelves immediately raised our expectations 🥹 We ordered the "Assortment of 7 Tapas," which caught our eye, and were told that we could also enjoy a "7 Sherry Wine Pairing" set for only 1,890 yen! It's great to be able to enjoy small amounts of various kinds ☝️ As a sherry beginner, I ordered it without hesitation 🙆‍♀️ The colorful tapas laid out before us, and the sherry glasses filling the table, really got us excited ✨ We were surprised by the wide range of sherry wines, from dry to sweet like dessert wines. “Located about a 5-minute walk from Ebisu East Exit, this street-level restaurant faces a main street lined with restaurants. The interior is small and cozy, with counter and table seating, and it seems to be run by the owner alone, allowing you to enjoy various sherry wines paired with tapas. We ordered a sherry tasting set of seven different sherry wines, tapas, homemade pâté, and paella. Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. I particularly liked the pale cream sherry. We also enjoyed a bit of wine, which paired perfectly with the pâté. The signature paella is served in a large pot, and its characteristic feature is the soft, risotto-like texture of the rice. The owner was very friendly and kind, and we had a wonderful time. “I've finally found a restaurant I want to frequent! 🎵 I sat at the counter, and right in front of me was a beautifully erotic red Jamón Serrano ✨, which was overwhelming...💓 Just looking at the sherry bottles with their cute labels felt like being in an art museum...! (◠‿◠) There's a sherry specialist there, so I had a wonderful time chatting with them! They have sweet sherry and dry sherry (which I tried for the first time), but I recommend ordering the 3-bottle tasting set first! I originally like sweeter sherry (I also like sweet port wine ☺️), and I liked the middle sweet sherry so much that I ordered another one! 💓 I had the approximately 5000 yen course, and the portions were generous! For the finale, I thought it would be paella, but a stylish black dish appeared! The restaurant's signature dish, Arroz Meloso, was amazing! The rice was soft from the soup, and it was packed with the delicious flavor of seafood! There were generous chunks of seafood, and it was truly addictive! The 7 tapas seemed to change daily, so I'm looking forward to trying them next time, and I'd love to pair them with the 7 sherry wines (⌒▽⌒)✨ The mushroom ajillo had almost no oil, making for a delightful texture and rich flavor🎵 This is definitely another dish I want to order again! Apparently, the shrimp version has more oil! ⇦ I want to try that too! They also had Inedit, a Spanish beer I used to love, and it was fantastic to drink it again after so long – so refreshing! They also had IPA, so I'd like to try that next time! There were so many delicious-looking à la carte dishes, I immediately started browsing! “Ebisu is small and cozy, with both high-chair table seating and counter seating. The dishes that were absolutely delicious were the seafood meloso, the omelet, and the oyster ajillo. These are definitely top-notch... Anyway, I liked this meloso even more than paella; it was very juicy and had a risotto-like texture. The shrimp, mussels, squid, and other seafood were packed with flavor, making it very satisfying. I want to come back and eat here again! Among the appetizers, the omelet had a great balance of potato and saltiness, and was delicious. And the oyster ajillo was fantastic. Above all, the oysters were plump and delicious. The flavor was also excellent. Highly recommended. This time I had a dry sherry, and it was interesting to discover that it had a barrel-aged, almost brandy-like, rich flavor.”

All the dishes are delicious, and the atmosphere is casual and unpretentious. “Nice cozy bar in Ebisu. Similar to many other bars in Tokyo, it is quite small (they have place for about 30 people). But great atmosphere and decent drink list. They also have a happy hour where drinks are relatively cheap. It is worth going there for a couple of drinks and bar food.”
