“Located in Sai Yung Pun, you will need to look for a little pink door next to a local restaurant to find the entrance. You go straight down the stairs and enter a really nice bar located in a warehouse style basement. High ceiling and neon make the ambiance atypical and great. Cocktail list is mainly with Gin&Tonic variations but you can get other classics cocktails too. Definitely recommend for the vibe as well”

“Purposely came all the way to have a drink here. Place has high ceiling. Ambience was super good. They were playing mixture of jap n canto pop. Drinks was mixed reviews, guess depends on personal preference. I would say overall above average. The ambience would score more. Service was basic, menu on table, walk to counter to order, drinks came, walk to counter to pay. Other times both staff were on their hp. Guess that's the norm nowadays.”

“The space used to be a ping pong club. That's why it bears the name of ping pong 129. Targeting to serve tapas and easy Mediterranean dishes, the gins are wonderful and tasty. There’s a wide variety of gin based cocktails to choose from. The G&T was really great. We tried the food, it was underwhelming as they tried to make it fusion but for the price point it is not worth it. Around $100 for an appetizer, but only 4 dumplings were given. You’re better off eating somewhere else.”

“I was surprised by the Chinese-themed decorations. This place has a wonderfully secretive ambiance. I love the use of neon lighting in the decor. Both the drinks and snacks were quite nice. “I came to visit because there were many recommendations that it is a bar with a good atmosphere near the accommodation and you can enjoy it comfortably. As soon as I entered, a neon poet welcomed me saying that this is Hong Kong vibda. “it's definitely a hidden gem in sai ying pun! the entrance is at a very low profile, really looked like an old ping-pong shop on the street. pulled open its door there's a long stairs going down. then it's a large place with seats, a bar and a tiny stage. very big contrast. it got some special cocktails by month and the usual ones. we picked some special ones with Gin as the main theme. they were very good. we went at the time slightly before dinner so they didn't give us a food menu. upon checking they said they don't serve fries but freshly made potato chips. it came very thin and crispy, with salt, pepper and rosemary seasoned. very nice. we love the place and the atmosphere here.”
