If you like that molten centre, you’ll love them. • Spanish tortilla: Awesome. Classic eggy-potato flavour, rich but not heavy. • Chicken & prawn paella: The best dish of the night. Perfectly crispy chicken, perfectly cooked prawns, and well-seasoned rice. Not super traditional, but the flavours were awesome. The chicken and prawn paella is easily good for three people if you’re sharing a few tapas, but two hungry diners could finish it between them. Overall, 22 Ships is a great pick if you want solid Spanish food in a fun, no-fuss setting. Modern, flavour-packed, and friendly service.”

“We have been here twice for the past week. Very good tapas place. Service is even more amazing. Highly recommend the chef’s menu. My favorites were the basque cheesecake and the prawn. The truffle basque cheesecake is undoubtedly the best basque cheesecake I’ve ever had. Byron (?) was super cool and passionate about the dishes that they serve there. I would come back alone just for the cheesecake and olives. Best olives ever!! You have to try 22 Ships when you are in the area or in HK.”
