“It's located inside the Mediterranean Village. We had wine pairings with dinner. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was delicious. I couldn't imagine what New Basque cuisine would be like, but there was nothing flashy, and everything was beautifully presented and served on matching tableware, and the portions were just right. It's a bit of a walk from the accommodation building, so I wonder how it would be in bad weather, and the roads, which are designed to recreate a Mediterranean village, are difficult to walk on even during the day, so it's not exactly wheelchair accessible. The interior is lovely, and the staff are knowledgeable about both food and wine, so I was able to talk to them about a lot of things. I think it's a great restaurant. I hope I can enjoy the à la carte menu in all its glory.”

“This is a wonderful restaurant. First of all, the journey to get there is so beautiful, like a scene from a movie. Each step down the slope is deliberate. The warm door of the restaurant gradually comes into view. As we approached the gate, the staff greeted us courteously. The interior features earthen walls reminiscent of Andalusia, whetting the appetite. Every dish is delicate and a work of art. The flavors are superb, with recipes that harmonize Spanish and Shima ingredients. The wine pairing was perfect with the meal (though it could have been of slightly higher quality). I would like to stay overnight just for this restaurant.”
