“MC, the manager here, was putting in WOOORK keeping everybody here happy. The price is admittedly on the higher end for KL, but that fits the area perfectly. We had three tapas, and three different cocktails. Some complimentary shots alongside a rowdy brodesmaid party. Everything was delicious. Moscow Mule paled in comparison to the Margarita and Espresso Martini (was a lot less strong, tbh). The squid ink tapas, wow wow wow. The tortilla?! Delicious. It's a relatively loud place if you stay there past ten, so definitely pick your time wisely if you're feeling lowkey vibe or party vibe (they provide both separately). And make a reservation! I came on a Sunday night without one and wound up dining in the piano room for some time until there was a spot for us.”

“We visited Vermut Restaurant and Bar and had a truly great gastronomic experience. The Spanish cuisine is very delicious and authentic - it felt like being transported to Spain for an evening. We tried the chuleta, pulpo, gildas, cheeses and jamón - everything was excellent and full of real Spanish flavour. “Family has been here 2 to 3 times to reminisce our memorable Spanish trip 2 years ago. This is the place to get patata bravas, which is rare in KL. Unfortunately, pedron peppers, which we miss, were unavailable this time round. Love the complimentary olives to start off our meal. Also love everything else we ordered — grilled octopus, grillled lamp, mushrooms, paella, etc. Thankfully, the seafood paella comes in a small portion, unlike the gigantic ones in Spain. Music is lovely (Spanish, of course!) and we enjoy the quieter atmosphere in the inner dining section, which is children- and family-friendly. The front section is much more happening and popular. Oh, the chairs are mostly high, so may not be suitable for family members who are too young or less mobile. Service is prompt and friendly. The staff pops in regularly to check (non-intrusively) that we’re happy. Definitely recommended and will return again.”

In a world full of sponsored posts, this place feels refreshingly under the radar—I wouldn't call it a hidden gem, just genuinely less hyped, and I'm glad I found it. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday, and from the moment we sat down, we were impressed. We definitely underestimated the portion sizes, though! 🥹 The tapas were quite generous for two people, and we ended up ordering way too much, but as someone who loves variety, I didn't mind one bit. Every dish we tried was impressive, even the complimentary olives were next-level. What really elevated the evening was the service. Our waiters were very attentive, but I noticed something unique about the flow of the dishes. Whether intentional or not, they perfectly timed the servings so our small table never felt cluttered. It felt less like simply serving food and more like presenting a proper, paced sequence, which made the whole meal feel like a story. Overall, it was a great night out. The atmosphere was spot-on, and everything was perfect to a T. We’ll absolutely be coming back again.”
