“Authentic Spanish tapas vibes restaurant in the heart of Budapest. Amazing food and drinks (the croquetas, tostadas, jamon, manchego con tomate are some of their delicious staples. You can also buy delicious canned sardines and seafood from their restaurant. Service is also amazing, everyone is warm and speaks Spanish so it really felt like we were in Spain while in Budapest 😅.”

“Elegant tapa's boutique that also serves up everyday Spanish food and street-fare like toasts (including gluten free options) with varied toppings too. FOOD: Fresh, very high quality ingredients plated up very well and they have gluten free bread!!! They also offer a number of vegan, lactose free and vegetarian dishes. NOTE: They also sell bottles of boutique wine, cheeses, varied olives, tepenades, pate, chocolates etc. Perfect for a picnic! Pricing is very reasonable given the quality of produce. STAFF: Very attentive, fluent in English, kind and efficient. SEATING: They have seats out the back, easily fitting large groups of friends to watch footy games and have tapas snacks etc. They also have indoor and outdoor seating available for those with dogs, kids etc. OVERALL: I highly recommend this place, especially to those gluten free.”

“I can highly recommend Ultramarinos! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The whole experience was just perfect – from the wine tasting to the delicious food, the great expertise, and the warm Spanish-style hospitality. We booked the 5-wine tasting with a cold platter, and it was amazing. The program and the selection were really well put together, each wine was introduced with care, and we even got to take part in choosing the lineup. Thanks to that, we discovered some fantastic wines from smaller, lesser-known Spanish regions. The staff are true experts when it comes to Spain – we got great explanations about the wines, and the food pairings worked beautifully. Towards the end of the evening we tried some extra cheeses and hams as well, which were absolutely worth it. The place itself is super cozy and feels like a real Spanish tapas bar.
