“I honestly can’t express how much I love this place. I usually don’t return to the same restaurant unless it’s truly exceptional, but this is the one spot in town I always come back to. The tapas are incredible, the paella is outstanding, and I never leave without a glass of their red sangria. Everything is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is always such a great vibe. A special thank you to Marta, the owner, who was absolutely wonderful. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. “Grabbed some Spanish food here the other day and the appetizers were great. The anchovies were simple but a good complete of sour with the briny taste. The eggs with potatoes were also really tasty with some of the best potatoes I’ve had. The paella was ok…it’s a good size for 2 people and had quite a bit of seafood but didn’t really wow me. It’s a place worth trying if you happen to be in the area.”

“We had a great dinner at this beautifully themed spot. The owners were super enthusiastic and friendly, they even shared stories about their decor and the gallery-like hallway in the basement. The Calamares a la Romana was a standout surprise. The squid was thick, juicy, and tender, coated in a crispy flour batter that reminded me of freshly made squid tempura. When dipped in mayonnaise, the mild flavor was perfectly balanced. The combo of the squid’s soft texture, the crunch of the coating, and the richness of the sauce all came together in an amazing bite. We absolutely loved it. We also tried the Croquetas Mixtas and a variety of other tapas, along with the Paella Negra. While the paella had great flavor, it was a bit too salty for me. I wish it had been a little better balanced.”

“Heard great things and came here for NYE dinner. We were quite disappointed. Despite the restaurant being not full and not too busy, the service took forever. From getting the menu, ordering, getting each dishes took a great chunk of time. Paella was delicious but a quite small portion from what you pay for two persons, and even compared to the portion in Barcelona (also for two persons). The croquettes were amazing. At the end, we ended up ordering another pancake dish, and that took close to an hour to come. We were finished with our food by then and just twiddling our thumbs, whether we should just cancel the order. No one really came to check on the order until the very end. Paying a premium price point, it wasn’t the service we expected. The staff was kind, but not above and beyond like some others report on Google review”

“Amazing meal and even better service! The seafood paella was one of if not the best I've had in Toronto. The croquettes were incredible and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The food came out very quickly and our server was very helpful, attentive, and easygoing. Our toddler joined us for dinner and we appreciate that he was given a high chair.”
