“We were craving something different from our usual dining spots and found My Little Spanish Place tucked along Bukit Timah Road. It's not trying to be flashy, just a genuine neighbourhood Spanish restaurant, and honestly that's exactly what made it so good. The Gambas al Ajillo was the highlight of the night, the prawns were plump and juicy, and we ended up mopping up every last bit of that garlicky sauce with bread. The paella was excellent too, packed with seafood and chorizo and cooked with real patience. A lovely, unpretentious evening! Loved the burrata, grilled octopus, paella, bone marrow, and the chorizo sausage with cheese - all packed with flavour. “It was my first time dining at this Spanish restaurant. The dim lighting created a relaxed and cosy atmosphere, making the whole dining experience very pleasant. We started with the Galician green peppers. Apparently they were not spicy and were simply grilled with salt. The taste was just right and very enjoyable. We also had the Broccolini AI Romesco, which was nicely cooked and remained pleasantly crunchy. For the main course, we ordered the seafood paella and the manager recommended the roasted version. It turned out to be an excellent choice and we really enjoyed it. For dessert, we had churros. Churros are a quintessential Spanish sweet fried dough pastry, often enjoyed as a dessert, breakfast, or afternoon snack in Spain. They are typically made from choux pastry, piped into hot oil until crispy, then coated in sugar and served with thick melted chocolate for dipping. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience”
