Surprisingly, I found it even better than the traditional Sling—beautifully balanced, refreshing, and incredibly easy to enjoy. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting. “Been going this place since it was at Tanjong Pagar, great food great wine, but their pricing has jumped quite a bit ever since they move to Raffles hotel. Sadly it has reach a price point where I no longer feel I can eat it often nor want to visit again. But I wish them all the best, they have move upmarket for the rich tourist, I will have to find alternatives .”

“A nice Spanish place with a mix of small sharing plates & bigger mains, in a casual fine dining setting. Went with a group of three & kept things simple — ordered a few tapas & the pata picar. Portions are not huge, but also not too small, so it’s quite easy to over-order if you’re not careful. Food was delicious. Dishes were rich & filling without being too heavy & the flavours felt clean & modern rather than the hearty, rustic kind. A good place if you want to try a bit of everything without overeating. For smaller appetites, best to keep it simple — a few small plates & maybe one main is enough.”

“Went there on a Friday and surprisingly it was not fully booked. The location is superb situated right at raffles hotel it already sets a nice and romantic atmosphere for a date. The black squid ink paella was a standout—deeply aromatic, rich in seafood essence, and perfectly cooked, with tender squid and beautifully infused grains of rice, finished with a slightly crisp base. The roasted suckling pig was equally impressive, featuring crackling, crispy skin and juicy, flavorful meat that melted in the mouth. Another highlight was the chili prawns served with bread; the prawns were fresh and plump, coated in a fragrant, mildly spicy sauce that was impossible to resist, especially when paired with the warm bread to soak up every drop. Overall, the food was satisfying, well-balanced, and memorable, making Binomio a place worth returning to.”
