The location is small and it is necessary to book in advance. The mise en place is simple and we found the service a little slow, but in their defense the location was full inside and out... Sangria is a fun alternative to wine for once. Here we shouldn't expect super-famous wines from prestigious wineries, but something that accompanies the meal... and this is where magic becomes art in the dishes... We have chosen for our Apericena (aperitif with dinner) the platter of cold cuts and cheeses, cod, cheese and mushroom croquettes, as well as Cantabrian anchovies and a potato and egg flan with chilli pepper.
