Gaudir was born from the desire to have three key elements together in one place to enjoy: a good wine, a good plate of food in the center and good company. This is how Gaby and Cesc define the recipe for happiness. Thanks to the professional background of both of them, they know that the moment of meeting to eat should be sacred and celebrated. What better word to define the name of the place that will host moments of shared happiness and enjoyment. We provide the wine, the food and the service so that our clients can enjoy their company and all the elements that we have brought together in one place for a single purpose: “Gaudir”.

Everything looked and tasted spectacular. The arroz negro con sepa frita was excellent. I think the croquettes may have been a bit more flavored if accompanied with a side sauce. The presentation of the dishes, and the dinnerware were beautiful. Our wine was a great choice. My only feedback for improvement is the need to include at least two similarly strong vegetarian options. It was hard for my daughter to enjoy the same experience as the rest of us due to lack of alternatives. I’m sure the chef has tons of options in his toolkit!”
