“Went here on a Tuesday night and had such a great experience. I’d highly recommend the foie gras terrine, especially coming from someone who doesn’t usually eat foie gras. It’s definitely something different and worth trying! The lamb shoulder wasn’t gamey at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The seafood senyoret paella and their hand-cut Iberico jamón are a must-try as well! Overall, the team working on Tuesday night did a really great job taking care of our table. Great food, great service, and definitely a place I’d come back to again!”

“Even on a weekday, the restaurant was packed. Making a reservation is preferable. We received a tiny cake with the words "happy birthday" on it when we went to celebrate the birthday. I'm shocked that FOC included our photo on a birthday card. I could taste the fish broth in the delicious seafood paella rice. The fresh and crisp garlic prawns had a barbecue flavor to them. We didn't like how salty the ham and potatoes were. Over all, we had a great time in FOC.”

“We recently dined at FOC Keong Saik and it was a great experience. The restaurant combines the warmth and vibrancy of a modern Spanish dining house. What stood out was the food presentation. Every dish was thoughtfully plated and showcased the care behind each creation. There were many snacks and tapas to choose. We tried the steak tartare, anchovy pintxos and padron peppers to name a few. We would say that their seafood paella was the star — deeply flavourful, rich with seafood essence, and cooked to perfection with the coveted socarrat that added wonderful texture and depth. The service team deserves a mention. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. Their recommendations were excellent and helped create a relaxed, enjoyable dining experience. Set within the charming Keong Saik neighbourhood, FOC offers an atmosphere that is lively yet intimate, making it ideal for celebrations, or meals with friends and family. “I almost didn't come here after reading the one- and two-star reviews but I'm glad I did. The restaurant has a comfortable and cosy ambience (love that the music is Spanish and not too loud). The service is professional, pleasant, and thoughtful, which I appreciated. They anticipated our needs e.g. allowing us to take photos before mixing the paella, and coming over with a metal spatula to scrape the paella stuck to the pan. The food was amazing: what especially stood out were the tender octopus leg with the delicious trinxat, and the hearty and well-balanced seafood paella. Definitely going onto my list of favourite restaurants, and my go-to Spanish restaurant in Singapore. I've tried a few Spanish restaurants here, and this is the best so far.”

Each dish was unique, the Foie Gras Terrine & Ahrenka Caviar in Crispy Phyllo was especially memorable. The crispy phyllo paired with the incredibly smooth, almost ice-cream-like foie gras texture was such a pleasant surprise. Combined with the savoury touch of caviar, it created a rich and well-balanced flavour that’s worth slowing down to enjoy. We also had a couple of cocktails — perfect for sipping while catching up.
