“What a gem! They have a great selection of wines, several varieties of appetizers, main dishes and lots of deserts. Plus, 80% of the menu is naturally gluten-free! I’m celiac, so I had an incredible time there. The food is well priced, we ate in 3 people and spent around MXN 1800 pesos. Waiters are very polite, well informed, happy and resourceful. I really enjoyed the experience. In regard to the food taste, I would say is quite good. However, the desert was definitely the best moment of the night. The “Torta Santiago” was absolutely divine!”

“Our experience here was outstanding! We had the oysters rasurados and they are a must. We had a paella mixta for two and I simply think is the best we had ever have. They can accommodate classic cocktails even if they are not in the menu. “A very Spanish joint in Mexico City. The decor is very basque, cozy and comfortable. The service is mexican in the sense that they treat you like a king without overwhelming you. You’re not finished raising your hand and they are already there for you. I got the oysters “rasurados”, the best I’ve had in years (a very Mexican recipe and not Spanish, but worth trying if you haven’t). The caldo de cola de res or oxtail broth is comfort food at its best. I also recommend the fish soup. The chuletón de vaca vieja is a good option to share with 2 or even 3 if you had enough appetisers. For dessert the tarta santiago is very well made and comes with a deli ice cream. One of the top 3 Spanish restaurants in Polanco if not the best.”
