“We had a phenomenal lunch of tapas at this beautiful restaurant. The food was excellent and service was top notch. Our server was attentive to our questions and had excellent information about the foods on the menu, reciting details such as origins, flavor profiles, and differences in the menu items. This greatly helped us make decisions on wine, and food items to try. Everything was especially delicious, such as the manchego selection, the tomatoes on toast, jamón serrano, tortilla española, and cava. For anyone who has spent time in Spain, this restaurant will transport you back to Iberia with intoxicating flavors and ambiance. My companion called it the best restaurant she’s ever been to and I can’t wait to return.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Food was tasty and service was fast and friendly. We went on a weekday during lunch time and got to sit on the terrace. We ordered the mushroom sauce steak with fries and grilled asparagus, it was delicious. We also ordered the spanish tortilla and the iberico ham croquettes which are highly recommended. Would definitely come again on our next visit to Mexico city. Great if you need a small break from Mexican food. Price is definitely a bit expensive for Mexico city but extremely reasonable for a nice lunch/dinner compared to prices in Vancouver.”

“Half our dishes were good but a couple missed the mark. For example, the mix salad with tuna was not worth it - the tuna was like tuna out of a can and the tomatoes not ripe or tasty at all. “This place is very nice and cozy! The staff was friendly and explained the menu items and dishes very well! The food was delicious. We had torta Españala, croquetas con jamón and scampi shrimp. All were delicious! The house aiolli was delicious, be sure to ask for extra! They also had hand skiced jamón at a station by the restaurant! A great winner for tapas and drinks with friends and family! Highly recommended!”

“This is a small but delightful eatery. We sat at the bar for dinner because we didn't have a reservation (hint hint). The bartender was our server. He was engaging, friendly and attentive. My wife had a mixed salad and I had their Pollo al ajilo. The food and the ambiance were equally good.”
