“Happened to stumble into this restaurant by pure coincidence with my partner. The staff and owners were all amazing, the service was top notch. We had peppers stuffed with pork in mushroom sauce, for me it was delicious! Anyone who loves mushrooms will certainly love this appetizer. For the main course we had seafood paella, which was nothing short of fantastic. Fresh seafood and very well balanced rice were certainly worth the money. I had an order of Americano with a very special hazelnut liquor on the side, and I can't recommend it enough! Truly a hidden gem of the menu. “Overall the food is really nice. Crab rice is outstanding. The octopus is also very nice as their salt and smoked paprika were quite nicely balanced. Waiters tried their best to describe their food to us a they were very attentive as well. Appreciated. However, as their price, I would expect more about the hospitality. It’s quite disappointing that olives has to order and pay instead of providing to us. When I was in Spain (I were there at least 10 times) , quite a lot of restaurants and bar provided Olives. Moreover, only two slices of breads were served with Garlic shrimp for us. It’s really not okay especially they explained that we can pull some oils for the bread. Atmosphere is nice and Spanish music is great.”

If you're going during the weekend I suggest getting a reservation in advance but for a week night you should be fine to walk in. The portion sizes were very small for the lavish and expensive menu that they have. Better to come prepared if you wanna leave with a full stomach.”

“I have been here at least once a year. It was a very nice experience in Como en casa. Food was great and presented well. It's surprised to see how they utilize local ingredients such as Taiwan lemons and shrimps but maintain a traditional Basque style. Service was good and they will try their best to take care of your needs. It is rare to find a fine-dining restaurant like Como en casa in Tainan, or even Taiwan. This place is suitable for couples, family and a group of friends. Price is reasonable. I would recommend this place to my friends.”
