“This gem of a restaurant has some of the most incredible food I have ever eaten. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour that surpassed anything I have ever had in the past. The chef came around the tables greeting his customers and presenting each dish with care. He was friendly and personable and quite funny. The staff was incredibly attentive and efficient as well. Those reviews are spot on - Tierra Roja has a perfect environment, a diverse menu, and excellent attention to its guests. As for the food, my girlfriend and I cannot agree more that it's some of the BEST food we've ever eaten. The house Sangria is truly spectacular as well. I've traveled Italy and Chile, live in the US, but Tierra Roja stands out in my mind as distinctly special. Whenever I'm in Bogotá, I'll make it a point from now on to visit Tierra Roja.”

“Nice and cozy place near to Bogota which specialty in Spanish food. From tapas to Paella, this is a good place to share with family or friends a very nice taste of the Mediterranean peninsula. The chef himself will talk to you and will suggest you how to approach to these meals whether you're a newbie or not. Paellas, mushrooms, jaibas and Sangria are a must. Parking nearby. “Nice, authentic, but not THAT good The place is cozy with an excellent service. Tapas are delicious but greatly overpriced. We tested 3 different rices, enjoying only the Paella Marinera. Desserts are good. They sell you an "experience", but I didn't find it outstanding regarding the competition. For a Spanish restaurant, the lack of Spanish beer is disappointing.”
