“Very cute place with great wine, but the food and service just weren’t there. Some dishes were good, others were just okay (skip the paella). I’m not usually one to complain about service, but it was pretty inattentive. It took us a while to get served in the first place, and then when we asked for our check at the end, our server disappeared for another 30 minutes. We had to eventually flag down another server to pay our bill and ended up skipping our included dessert. I wouldn’t recommend.”

“The food was great! For a group of four, we got albóndigas, croquetas de jamón, empanada de pollo, patatas bravas, lemon garlic chicken skewer, and chickpeas with chorizo with a side of bread. For dessert we got the basque cheesecake and churros. All the food was wonderful, and we each had a different favorite dish. We also shared a pitcher of red wine sangria, which was priced well and strong! There were only two people working and they never caught our eye so we had to wait a long time to even be served initially, plus they didn’t explain how many servings we should get for our group size—luckily we guessed well! Our biggest issue was the lighting. We went in the evening while the sun was setting, and it was really dark and everything had a very yellow tinge. The food was unappetizing only because everything looked grey. When we shone a flashlight on the table, it looked great, but the grey lighting made everything taste the same.”

“I love this place. Upstairs it has small tables and an outside terrace, which can be very cold. I wouldn't recommend going to the terrace. We went downstairs to the cellar space with a small space of intimate tables for a romantic night out. The menu is fabulous offering vegetarian, fish, meat and salad dishes. The tapas dishes cost around €8/9 each and they are so delicious. I had pan am tomat, meatballs, tempura aubergine and vegetable paella, with the most fabulous pina colada cocktail.”
