The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional. You can tell they use genuine Spanish products. The olive oil is fantastic, they even serve traditional Spanish picos (breadsticks), and their selection of Jerez sherries is outstanding—one of the best I've seen outside Spain. The oysters were incredibly fresh, the Cantabrian anchovies were simply amazing, the spring onions with romesco sauce were out of this world, and the Soldaditos de Pavía were absolutely incredible. It's a traditional Spanish dish that's surprisingly hard to find, even in Spain, and they prepare it perfectly. Every single dish was delicious. The price reflects the quality of the ingredients, and after tasting the food, you realise it's worth every euro. I'll definitely be coming back. If you're looking for authentic, top-quality Spanish food in Dublin, this is the place to go. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
