Smoked salmon tartare was stuffed inside a red pepper. The smoky aroma of the salmon was excellent, and it paired well with the refreshing flavors of lemon and olive. ⚫︎ Spinach and Blue Cheese Crepe A strong blue cheese flavor. It's not necessarily overly salty; it's a dish where the flavors of the ingredients complement each other. The fresh sweetness of the spinach enhances the rich aroma of the cheese, and the more you chew, the deeper and richer the flavor becomes. • Chicken and Chickpea Cocido The main meat dish. Cocido is a traditional Spanish stew. It's served bubbling hot. It's packed with chickpeas, potatoes, and chicken, making it very filling. The saltiness is mild, so salt and pepper are provided separately. “If you want traditional Spanish food in Japan, this is your best bet. Most of it is cooked as it would be in Spain and just a few dishes have a certain Japanese feel to them. The location is great with a beautiful river view and the staff is quite helpful. Although not cheap, I need to come here when I'm in Osaka and I crave home food.”
