“Was excited to try this restaurant because I had heard they have one of the best cheesecakes in the Philippines. We ordered the Arroz De Pollo Y Verduras, a slice of the El Borne cheesecake, and a slice of the El Borne coffee and cacao cheesecake. The Arroz De Pollo Y Verduras had a great flavor and was definitely shareable for 2 people. The only downside was I felt it was mostly rice and not enough chicken. If they added some more chicken to this dish I feel like it would have been perfect. However, the cheesecakes were the highlight of the night. They were both Amazing. If I had to choose just one I would pick the El Borne Cheesecake but they were honestly two of best slices of cheesecake I’ve ever tasted. I would not hesitate to come back here just for the cheesecake. I would be open to trying some of the other dishes on the menu as well. Overall, it was a great experience and can’t wait to go back.”

“Known for the yummy cheesecake, so we decided to eat the full meal instead. The food tasted okay, nothing extra. The paella could use some socarrat, like how it should be served. The food server probably don’t know what it is, since they insisted it has socarrat while he was mixing it for us. The waiter also got our order wrong, even if we repeatedly described and showed a photo, of the pork dish served with the sauce that we wanted. The food was also expensive. I would recommend to just eat at another resto in Mitsukoshi and just come here for the cheesecake.”

“We were looking for steak within Mitsukoshi and fortunately passed by El Born. We got Jamon Iberico and enjoyed it, we asked for another one. Both of their salads were good but the group favorite was the burrata. We had our wagyu steak cooked medium, and it was just right! It came with sides, we chose mixed veggies and potato wedges, both perfectly cooked. My 2 personal favorites were their classic burnt basque cheesecake and their cantabrico mussels (sauce so good, you would like another serving of bread). We were assisted by Vincent and he was very attentive and answered all our questions, we appreciate him very much!”

“Anna our server is very accommodating. She gave us a nice table for a private meeting. Very attentive and knows what food to recommend. The place is good for important meetings, just right light and privacy. The food is superb! Everything we ordered were appetizing and the sizes were also just right.
