“The room was a great fit for our family of four — a queen bed for us and two singles for the kids worked perfectly, with plenty of space to move around. The hotel’s location was excellent as well; just a five‑minute walk to both the town center and the train station, which made everything incredibly convenient. Many of our group tours met at the bus station near the train station, so getting there was quick and easy. The free beer didn't hurt :)”

“We had a delightful stay at CASCADA. The small family room was perfect for our family of 4 with a preteen and teen girl. The room was just as the website pictures depicted and very clean and modern. It was nice for each of our girls to have their own bed in their area of the room separate from ours. Much more convenient and spacious than a typical double-double room. We highly recommend the breakfast as well as there were many options and it was helpful to have a hearty breakfast before we headed out to explore each day. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and the old town area for shops and restaurants. There were also groceries close by for snacks or additional food. The bus system was easy to navigate and a short walk from the hotel as well. Everyone at the hotel was kind and extremely helpful - highly recommend staying here!”

The hotel provided exceptional customer service with quick, professional, and friendly communication before arrival, throughout our stay, and even after checkout. We stayed in their large family room that comfortably accommodated our family of five. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, allowing everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. What truly sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail. Everything felt carefully considered from the convenient location with easy access to the train station, bus stops, restaurants, and Lucerne's main attractions, to the modern bathrooms featuring excellent showers with strong water pressure that felt just like home. The bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed, including bidets and other thoughtful amenities. We especially appreciated the complimentary reusable water bottles provided by the hotel, which could be refilled at the many public drinking fountains throughout Switzerland at no extra cost. Another thoughtful touch was the availability of umbrellas for guests to use during rainy weather, making sightseeing much more convenient without having to worry about purchasing or packing one. The housekeeping team was outstanding, maintaining the room to the highest standard every day. The entire property was spotless, modern, welcoming, and clearly managed with great care. “What a cute boutique hotel! All the best amenities and first class service. We loved our room with balcony and the added perk of complimentary minibar each day. Service was outstanding. We ate at Bolero the first night - SO good - tapas style. The hotel was a just short walk from the train and also to chapel bridge and old town.”
