“I have visited several times in the past but after tonight I’m not sure I’ll visit again. I appreciate it was late on a Wednesday evening but the quality of the food was very poor. We only had for tapas dishes but it was disappointing. The artichoke was beautiful, however the other dishes we had were of poor taste and quality. The waitress was lovely and apologetic and it was nice chatting with her. What was a lovely place has been spoilt for us this evening.”

“My friend and I had a lovely lunch here the other day, luckily managed to catch their January sale of some tasty dishes & to top it off the service was wonderful, the waiter had a beautiful Welsh name beginning with A but I’m gutted I can’t attempt to spell what I think it is I’m sorry. Compliments not the kitchen & him. We had the estrella fried fish, meatballs, padron peppers, The most delicious artichoke iv ever had, sherry bbq chicken, & the belly pork which was insanely good. “Had a great time out at Bar 44. It was a busy night but that contributed to a lively atmosphere. The table service was excellent, friendly with great recommendations for food, and the food was served in a timely manner. The food was also delicious. Had 5 dishes for the main course with some bread, which was delicious when dipped into the sauce from the shrimp! Well worth a visit! Looking forward to going back!”
