The restaurant Carmen continues the legacy of Carmen TapasBar, one of the first RFS-certified restaurants in China, which unfortunately had to close due to the pandemic. This restaurant maintains the same setup as the previous one, featuring a stage, and both the food and wine menus remain true to the original. The restaurant is elegant, making it perfect for a more formal atmosphere. It offers an extensive and carefully curated wine list featuring a wide variety of high-quality Spanish wines. As for the food, the standout options include the spectacular platters of cured meats and cheeses from different regions of Spain, as well as the variety of paellas and rice dishes available on the menu. Chef Carlos knows how to preserve the essence of Spain without leaving Beijing.
