Bocata is a casual restaurant that fuses two concepts in one. On the one hand, there is the bocata menu, more informal, and on the other, the Carmen menu, with more traditional Spanish options. Bocata invites a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere with friends, enjoying pinchos, tapas, and other specialties like paellas, homemade blood sausage, and ham croquettes. All of its wines are Spanish. The partners who run this restaurant have experience with Spanish cuisine in Beijing, as they previously managed Carmen, a certified restaurant that had to close. They have brought their expertise to this restaurant, offering an exceptional atmosphere and service, always faithful to Spanish recipes and products. For all these reasons, Bocata is considered suitable to be included in the list of Restaurants from Spain certified establishments.
