Little Spain is Hua Hin’s slice of Menorca: owner Vanessa Humbert, whose family runs a restaurant on the Balearic island, cooks from her mother’s recipes with ingredients imported from Spain. Certified under Restaurants from Spain in early 2023.
The kitchen covers tapas classics — croquetas, Padrón peppers, garlic prawns, Iberico cold cuts — plus larger plates and a paella generously loaded with seafood for two. Huevos rotos with jamón ibérico de bellota is the signature.
Relocated to a beachside spot in 2024, it offers interior or poolside dining with sea views, Tuesday paella nights (two tapas + shared paella + a litre of sangria), Thursday live jazz and a daily happy hour.
