“We decided to have lunch inside the station and entered the restaurant a little after 1 PM. We ordered chicken and acqua pazza made with ingredients from Niigata for two people. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and we could get refills of bread. It's nice that you can order dessert for 150 yen if you order a lunch set. However, even though it wasn't a particularly busy time, the food service seemed quite slow. The part-time staff seemed mostly inexperienced in customer service and could benefit from more thorough training.”
