“Don't recommend visiting this place especially to celebrate a special occasion. Had brought my folks here to celebrate mother's day in advance. There were little to no people at lunch time (realized why this was only after our meal) and the food looked enticing. The food was indeed good but the service was terrible. We had ordered their Mother's day meal which took more an hour and 30 mins for all the food to come out despite us following up the food order several times. We already knew the Paella would take a while to cook so as soon as we sat down we had asked to order this in advance to no avail. Had checked for reviews on this place during the meal and saw other reviews saying the same thing. Had we read this, we wouldnt have even considered eating here. We even asked to speak to the manager but they told us they didnt have one. The staff even told us they dont even bother reading reviews. Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE.”

“I enjoyed dinner here. The restaurant was quiet on a Monday evening, and food and drinks were served promptly. Service was attentive throughout. Every dish was well-executed. Mushroom al ajillo arrived piping hot in a perfectly seasoned garlic olive oil. Cochinillo Croquetas had a surprising texture - crispy on the outside and slightly bouncy inside, with a rich, creamy pork filling. Callos a la Andaluza was excellent and reminded me of the authentic versions I have had in Andalusia. Sidra cider was a nice accompaniment. Overall, a comforting and grounded Spanish meal.”

“I was looking forward to dinner at Terry’s after many years of not eating there. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The food took very long to be served, almost 1 hour, despite the restaurant being less than half full. The bread basket, which was all we had to munch on while waiting, consisted of thin slices of soggy bread. For appetizers we ordered mushrooms al ajillo, which was a very small serving and rather bland, and calamares, which was also a very small serving and seemed made from frozen grocery squid instead of fresh squid. On the positive side, the main dishes were good - paella negra, ribeye, and pasta alio oglio - though for the price, the servings were again very small. The service was also very good, and the wine selections and prices were great.”

“Gambas al Ajillo was a very tasty and perfect starter. The Ibérico Pluma Steak was tender, and the brown sauce paired beautifully with it. I tried the Super Paella Parellada for the first time, but it wasn’t my taste. The service was very good and attentive, and the atmosphere made it a nice place to enjoy dinner. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes next time.”

“Terry’s branch in Podium delivers a somewhat similar atmosphere to the Pasong Tamo branch, but there are several differences between the two. The service, while polite, felt uncoordinated and it was difficult to make eye contact with the staff. I think they need to pay closer attention to the tables. Food: Gambas al Ajillo – A classic Terry’s dish that never fails. 5/5 Calamares a la Romana – 2/5. I’m not sure why, but the batter tasted old or slightly bitter. I’m not convinced it was freshly cooked. 3/5 Croquetas de Cochinillo – Good taste, but lacking in depth of flavor and they needed to be fried a bit more. 3.5/5 Morcilla con Patatas – The dish looked promising, but the potatoes were served raw. I had to point it out to the waiter and decided to cancel the dish instead of having it re-cooked. 1/5 Paella Parellada – It tasted good, but once you’ve tried the version in the Pasong Tamo branch, you can tell this one lacks some flavor and ingredients. 4/5 Tortilla de Patatas – Good flavor, but the inside egg was clearly overcooked. 3.5/5 Atmosphere: Very nice restaurant that delivers the classic Spanish dining feel. 5/5 Overall rating: 3/5. I would still prefer to return to the Pasong Tamo branch.”

“This bistro might be the best Spanish restaurant I have ever tried. The exterior and interior look great and the ambience is on point. The staff are very attentive and approachable. The food is delicious. My favorites are the callos (must try), calamares, and paella (cooked perfectly). And the least is baked oysters. The spanish omelette is kinda heavy, but it is good.”

“Terry’s Bistro was a great take on Spanish restaurant you would find in Spain. The two standout dishes we ordered were the Gambas and Oven Baked Mussels! Everything we ordered was great though! Food tastes fresh with lots of flavors. The service was very good too , especially for a busy dinner service. Terry’s Bistro has great selection for wine and I highly recommend their wine list. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning!”
