“We availed of ala carte dishes, each one excellently prepared and had depth of flavor. While many of our initial choices were not available (lamb, tenderloin), we thoroughly enjoyed the churrasco as an alternative. Their sides were good too, their marbled potatoes that tasted like salpicao were unforgettable. The ambiance was classy and elegant. Their service was topnotch, everyone was attentive and corteous. Thank you to our server Luis and the F&B supervisor last Jul 13 (forgot her name) for a delightful birthday dinner. Would recommend for date nights & special occasions.”

“Food was excellent, started with fresh coconut & snapper ceviche, which was soooo good and bulalo mini tacos. We also got the charcoal grill platter, with a generous amount of tiger prawn, prime cut beef, and cumberland sausage accompanied with green salad, and garlic parmentier. This tastes great with their chimichurri and marinara sauce. Don’t skip dessert! Try their deconstructed buko pie, heavenly!!! Staff are very attentive. Thank you!”

“Celebrated our anniversary in Samira. We had a lovely dining experience. Great ambience - cool breeze while watching the lovely sunset. The 6-course meal was satisfactory! My favorites were the salmon tartare with tapioca cracker, Iberico pork, and the salmon ceviche (replacement for the snapper ceviche). Although our meal had 3 salmon dishes (due to the absence of the snapper), I actually didn't mind because the replacement was very flavorful! You should also try their wine pairing because they have good wine. The service was also commendable (props to Ms. Mica).”

“Me and wife visited Samira for dinner without a reservation, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were for a walk-in. It turned out to be one of the most exceptional dining experiences we’ve had in Tagaytay. The service was superb, easily some of the best I’ve encountered. Our server, Nica, took incredible care of us. It was a bit warm in the restaurant during our visit, but she was quick-thinking enough to bring us a fan. That level of attentiveness and table check-ins throughout the night made the evening seamless. We opted for the 6-course tasting menu with wine pairings, and the technical execution was impressive. Standout highlights for us: • Salmon Tartare on Crispy Tapioca: Perfect texture and freshness. • Foie Gras & Mango Waffle: A beautiful balance of richness and acidity. • Bulalo Crispy Taco: I loved the idea of this. It’s a brilliant, playful homage to Tagaytay’s most iconic dish. The only minor letdown was the sorbet, which arrived with a texture closer to a granita, a bit more crystallized than the smooth sorbet we expected. However, that’s a small technical note in an otherwise flawless evening. If you’re looking for refined flavors and world-class hospitality in Tagaytay, Samira is a must. Huge thanks to Nica for making our night so comfortable.”
