“I am a foodie, my brother a chef. I come from Manhattan, and I have lived in Spain. I am telling you that this is one of the best restaurants in Manizales - possibly in the entire region. The steak was PERFECT. The paella was spectacular. They had very ambitious plates and they succeeded every time. This chef would be celebrated in Bogota or NY or Paris. Thank you for a truly wonderful meal. The music was great. The staff were kind. I would eat here every week if I lived here. I am just surprised that they call it ’Mediterranean’ because it is really a Spanish restaurant with a haute cuisine twist – and surely the best one in Manizales.”

“Meal was burnt and the staff was aloof and seemed unconcerned about our happiness. Smug and aloof is the best I can describe. Nothing like I remember from years ago. The music was deafening and I asked 3 times to please lower it and the staff looked offended. Go figure. Everyone here is afraid to say anything to anyone for fear of god knows what. Beautiful restaurant but you can't eat the ambiance.the bread was great I gotta give that to them. No one asked if we were happy and enjoyed the meal. You would expect great service and attention from such a highly rated restaurant. The burger place across the street is amazing. Don't miss it.”
