As a Madrilena living in Houston, I needed to bring authentic Spanish food with ingredients from my country. Costa Brava Bistro is a little piece of Spain in the heart of Houston. During our twelve years of operations, I have had the satisfaction of introducing to Houstonians a unique Spanish experience with all the warmth and love that Spaniards are known for around the world.
