ALBALUZ was established in 2014 in Hengshan Fang, where is the Spanish historical architecture from 19 century. ALBALUZ Cookening &Tabernita is a fashionable Cookening restaurant with modern cooking concepts while retaining the original Spanish culinary essence. The restaurant has a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere to share the Spanish food, wines and enthusiasm, let the guests home. ALBALUZ cook traditional tapas also encourage innovation.
