“Everything was spectacular! Cinthia served us and was wonderful, explaining each dish and answering all our questions. We were celebrating a birthday, and the service made everything feel so special. We started with the shredded beef croquettes as an appetizer. We ordered Manchego cheese, which was a 10/10, served with bread. For main courses, I highly recommend the paella; it's incredibly juicy and probably the best in the city. The rosemary sirloin steak is a star dish—tender and cooked to perfection; we all loved it. You absolutely have to try it. The socarrat was quite good; more than just a resemblance to Ecuadorian crispy "cocolon" (haha), it's like a concentrated burst of flavors. It's not dry at all. Very tasty. The tinto de verano (red wine and lemonade) was quite good. For dessert, I recommend the Basque cake; it's creamy.”
