Then they offered us a complimentary wine of terrible quality; we had to ask for the wine list to order something decent, and it turns out they don't even have one. Overall, we absolutely do not recommend it.”

“I had a bad experience at this place. To begin with, the table was dirty, as you can see in the photo; it had marks from bottles or glasses, I'm not sure. Then the waitress approached, and we told her our order: two glasses of crianza (because they only had one option, as seen on the menu). She mockingly said, "Crianza? I don't understand." And she said, "Oh, you mean Basagoiti." We replied that we did, and she let out a derisive laugh. Anyway, we ordered potato and ham omelet, and it was dry and very bad. One of the wine glasses had a bad smell (it seemed to be the glass itself), and the octopus skewers were chewy and took a long time to arrive. In conclusion, the service was terrible. The table was dirty, and the chair I was given was dangerous because the legs were broken; I had to change it. I don't recommend it.”
