“Celebrating a birthday with family, especially when organised by my son, it is always the most heartwarming experience. It was my first Spanish cuisine, which, true to its name, is essentially Mediterranean. I was surprised to see the restaurant with 80% full on a Tuesday night, especially given its discreet, upstairs location. We ordered a set menu for around $400 per person, which included two appetizers each. Since there were four of us, we had eight appetizers in total, and the restaurant thoughtfully arranged them in portions for four, ensuring everyone had enough. Each of us also enjoyed a non-alcoholic cocktail. The food was beautifully presented and tasted excellent. For our main courses, we ordered the roasted chicken with prawns paella and the seafood paella. Finally, we had dessert, complete with a birthday candle and my actual age written on the plate, the 39th birthday. I felt truly blessed and happy.”
