ALBALUZ was established in 2014 in Hengshan Fang, where is the Spanish historical architecture from 19 century. ALBALUZ Cookening &Tabernita is a fashionable Cookening restaurant with modern cooking concepts while retaining the original Spanish culinary essence. This restaurant, located on Wukang Road, a popular tourist area in Shanghai, is our lastest ALBALUZ establishment in the city.
