“Really peculiar place - more like a living shrine to the owner who is a singer - than a restaurant. He performs with all the tables facing him and screens behind play footage on a loop of his appearances on The Voice Senior. Definitely an interesting experience from a curiosity point of view, but food was average, items we wanted not available on menu and expensive for what it was (was also given the wrong bill to pay and had to go back the next day to pay the difference).”

“OK, I could totally see the guy saying the things that the negative reviews mention, but he has no malice in him--the occasional person will just take it the wrong way! We enjoyed chatting with him about the challenges of second (or in his case probably third or fourth) language learning. The food (appetizers at least, since we had dinner already) was excellent and of course the wine was too, his wife attends to everyone in the friendliest way, and if you like Spanish guitar ballads he's your guy.”
