My mum needed warm water to take medicines before meals but the waiter rejected to fill our bottle with warm water or bring us warm water as this breaks their rule of no drinks from outside. The waiter was very rude and not helpful at all. I can’t understand why they choose to treat customers this way. Very disappointing.”

“A Spanish restaurant on the 11th floor of Mitsukoshi Ginza. Card or cash is accepted. Each paella plate takes 30 minutes to cook, so the waiting time can be long if you come at a busy time. We came around 2pm on a Sunday, and waited over 30 minutes I think. The paella set was around ¥2500 for a plate of appetisers, a drink, your choice of an ajillo, your choice of paella, and a dessert. That day, the dessert was a chocolate cake/brownie. Tapas available if you want to share plates. My friend ordered the lamb, and it was delicious. We also had the jamon mix plate. Everything came out to about ¥9000. Yeah, a little pricey since we didn’t get any wine or sides, but the food was very good. Waiters were attentive and nice. The interior is comfortable, stylish, and quiet without being uncomfortable.”
