In the end they charge double, instead of writing the full price into the menue that is supposed to be do 2ppl. At least the service should advise.”

“We looked forward to an enjoyable evening and fully understand that when a restaurant is busy, food can take longer and staff can be under pressure — we genuinely don’t mind that. What left us disappointed, however, was the way we were treated in comparison to other guests. Our server, a woman, gave noticeably warm and friendly attention to the German-speaking tables around us — chatting, checking in often, and making sure they were comfortable. In contrast, we were completely ignored. No greeting, no small talk, and barely any eye contact. It made us feel like we didn’t belong, and honestly, it was uncomfortable. We waited over 90 minutes for our first dish, and during that time no one came to offer more drinks or even give an update. We eventually had to go to the bar ourselves to get a drink and later again to ask for missing parts of our order. Some dishes arrived incomplete, and no one seemed to notice or care. We approached this dinner with patience and understanding — but that effort wasn’t met halfway. Being overlooked so blatantly, while others received attentive and warm service, turned what could have been a nice night into a very disappointing experience. Wouldn’t return. Not because of the food delays, but because of how we were made to feel.”

“The whole experience was a 3 out of 5 stars. It took a really really long time to receive our food, even our appetizers, which is not acceptable. We finished our entire bottle of wine among 4 people before we had even 1 of our starters. The food was tasty however the delay made it an average experience. The paella was a big letdown for waiting over 1.5 hours. It had no crispy crust or deep flavor. It felt like a frozen food reheated versus a fresh made meal. The atmosphere was okay. Prices were okay, a little high for the quality. It was an okay experience but I wouldn't come back.”
