“The best decision to celebrate my wife’s birthday at Hispania during our weekend getaway in Nha Trang We opted for the 5 course dinner menu with one glass of Sangria each - the bread was very crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside, paired beautifully with the aioli and olive oil - the cream cheese and caramelised cracker amuse bouche was our favourite amongst the three amuse bouche platter -The Salpicon lobster salad using Binh Ba lobster was delectable -the seafood soup with crab meat (watch out for some tiny shell) was absolutely delicious -The Segovian suckling pig cooked in Josper grill had meat which melts in the mouth and skin which was crispy. The accompanying eggplant was wonderfully smoked But above all, the service was totally on point. The waitstaffs especially Trinh and Joyce introduced the dishes in a very professional manner, always has a smile on their faces, courteous and went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable Special thanks to Trinh for her wonderful birthday song, lovely chat and professional service. To the administrators, never let Trinh go as she is an asset to the company, as aside from making sure our dining experience at Hispania was perfect, she also went above and beyond and introduced the other sister restaurants and also Gran Melia to us Highly recommended and this restaurant is worth revisiting”

“This is the best restaurant in Nha Trang. Hispania Nha Trang is located within the luxurious Gran Meliá Nha Trang, offers an exquisite Spanish fine dining experience. The overall stratgey and vision for the restaurant was led by Spanish Michelin-starred Chef Marcos Morán but day to day his menu is executed by in house chef Javier Gonzalez Saldo who is originally from Valencia. The concept blends traditional Spanish recipes with fresh, local Vietnamese ingredients, showcasing regional specialties like Segovian-style suckling pig and fresh seafood dishes. The restaurant boasts a sophisticated ambiance with elegant curves and thoughtful lighting, alongside an open kitchen. With an extensive Spanish wine list and attentive service, Hispania provides a high-end culinary journey, making it in my opinion THE premier destination for gourmet enthusiasts in Nha Trang. “Went there yesterday to celebrate my birthday and I have only good things to say about this restaurant. From the very moment we arrived, the staff and service was nothing but excellent. Very attentive staff, ambiance was nice, and the foods were amazing. We tried the 5 course chef tasting menu, and I have to say everything from starter to dessert was perfect. It’s hard to pick one menu that stands out because every single dish that was being served to us was really special. The concept of Spanish food made with fresh ingredients from Nha Trang I think is really excellent and well delivered. For the price I think we really get the full value of it and this place is worth a visit ! They also offer wine pairing dinner experience, 8 course chef tasting menu as well as some ala carte menus. The ambience is similar like fine dining restaurant but don’t worry it’s actually a bit casual. I saw many families come with kids as well. I would love to come back next time to try their other menus!”

“We had an unforgettable experience at the Hispania Spanish restaurant at Gran Melia. The staff were very service oriented and made great recommendations on the menu items. The Iberian ham croquettes had the right amount of crispiness and were a great accompaniment to the sangria. The grilled Iberico pork was tender with a smoky aroma that was delightful. A must order is the Spanish cheesecake for dessert which paired very well with the mulberry ice cream.”
