“Really bad experience here. Firstly, the waiter came to take the order while on a phone call, on speaker. Yep you heard that right. I wanted to leave off the bat after this, but my partner insisted we stay. The wine was fine, we wanted to order cheese sticks but they were "sold out". Now came the major issue, when I went to pay I just paid via Visa, there was no bill or receipt, and I got overcharged by around 150 baht. I wouldn't have noticed only my partner insist we go back and ask for the receipt to confirm. Then processing the refund i got charged 6,000 baht lol. Finally we got the right payment, third time lucky. Really poor service here, I will never return unfortunately after this experience.”
