Our company's insights and passion culminated in the birth of the "Martinez" restaurant over a decade ago, a remarkable culinary haven nestled in the mountains of Barcelona. With our institutional status cemented in Spain, we turned our attention to London and a new venture, the first outside Spain. With 'The Campaner' Restaurant in London, we return to our Barcelona roots.
