“I went today after arriving from Miami in the morning. I had made a reservation for 1 pm. so with the time diference it was 11 am for me so I wasn't really hungry. Nevertheless less the paella valenciana was amazing. I had an aunt that worked for a count in spain and she use to make the best paella. This place comes very close to it and another place I used to go in NYC called Solera. Unfortunately it closed 10 years ago. If you like paella this place is a must.”

“We were 2 weeks in Argentina and while most of the food was good we only had 2 superlative meals. This was one of them. The service was impeccable and the fit out with the items from Spain was lively. But of course it was the food that really stood out. Each dish was well prepared, beautifully presented and fully delicious. If I had known about this place earlier in our trip I would have gone back again as it was really excellent all around. If you are able to dine at Burladero you will thank your lucky star as it really is very very good.”
